Redesigning the Contracts Advance Platform
A comprehensive UX audit and complete redesign of a data-heavy B2B contract management platform. The project transformed an overwhelming database into a visually accessible, interactive analytics hub with advanced filtering and intuitive dashboards.
My role
As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I was brought in to conduct a rigorous audit of the existing platform and spearhead its complete redesign. I acted as the primary advocate for the user, turning complex, data-heavy requirements into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
The challenge
Users were consistently overwhelmed by the sheer volume of contract data they had to process daily. The legacy platform suffered from clunky navigation and poor data hierarchy, making it incredibly difficult for analysts to extract meaningful insights or track contract lifecycles efficiently.
The solution
Following a comprehensive UX audit, I completely restructured the platform's information architecture. I introduced advanced, multi-layered filtering systems and designed interactive dashboards with clear data visualization, including maps and charts. The new layout prioritized critical data points, allowing users to scan and digest information rapidly.
The impact
The redesign dramatically improved the efficiency of data retrieval, allowing users to find specific contracts 5 times faster. Furthermore, the intuitive new interface significantly reduced user confusion, resulting in a 25% drop in support tickets related to platform navigation.
